Winter Feeding Tips
Winter has finally arrived, after a very mild Autumn, so here's a few thoughts about keeping your horse(s) fit and well:
This year has seen 2 new products:
1.Fre-E-Up.html introduced last summer, Horseheath Fre-E-Up™ is a high energy/high Vitamin E/minimal starch balancer/supplement for horses prone to Azoturia/PSSM/Rhabdomylosis/tie-ing up; also Equine Shivers, Cushingoid cases, laminitis etc.
2. TurmerGold™.html turmeric & linseed supplement for horses & ponies experiencing stiff joints & impaired mobility; also abnormal skin growths. Also contains black pepper, glucosamine & MSM. For more information see: http://www.gravenhorse.co.uk/turmergold.html
I started to suffer substantial hip pain last August, having to take several painkillers most days. On September 1st I started taking turmeric, as instructed by the Turmeric user Facebook group. Since then I've taken less than 10 painkillers. I made the first trial batch of TurmerGold in mid-September and put it out to test. Most horses accepted it readily, and many have shown improved mobility. One customer's horse flatly refused it; her other's sarcoids vanished in a few days.
This product is now fully available. I can supply direct, with main feed deliveries; via merchants; or mail order. Samples and supplies can be ordered via http://www.gravenhorse.co.uk/SuppliesOl2x.html or e-mail or call 0844 8844 850 (from landline) or 07721 384508 from your mobile
